Connection Issues with internet.
Follow these simple steps.
- Check to see if there are any lights appearing on the modem. If not, make sure your power connection is secured on both ends (to the wall outlet and to the modem).
- If the lights appear to be normal and internet still isn’t working correctly, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds so the box powers completely off.
- Once 30 seconds has passed, plug the power cord back into the modem and wait for it to come back online. This could take up to 2 minutes.
