Offline devices can be removed from the device list. This can be done from the Network page or from any place the device details can be viewed.
- On the Network page, tap on the Devices tab.
- The Offline filter in Devices will show any devices that can be removed. However, any place device details can be selected from will work (e.g. from a person profile).
- Tap on a device to open the device details.
- Tap on the menu button in the top right corner of the details screen. It will remain at the top of the screen when scrolling down.
- Select Forget device.
- A window will open with Confirm and Cancel buttons. Tap Confirm to remove the device. If the device is online, a window will open letting the user know that the device must be offline to be removed.
A pop-up notification will confirm that the device has been removed.
Devices will be removed automatically by the network after 14 days when not assigned to a person. This process allows a device to be removed, even if it is assigned to a person.
