How do I set up online bill pay?

Set up online bill pay by registering an online account at pay.rittercommunications.com.



  1. Visit rittercommunications.com and navigate to "Pay My Bill."
    1. Or visit pay.rittercommunications.com.
  2. Log in using your email as both the username and password. A confirmation email will be sent. If the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders.
    1. Please use the email associated with your account.
  3. Open the email from billing@rittercommunications.com.
  4. Click on the link to verify your email. This will take you back to our e-bill login page.
  5. Then, click "Redirect to Login."
  6. Log in, again, using your email as both the username and password.
  7. Choose and answer a security question.
  8. Navigate to Settings, in the menu, and set up a new password.
    1. Note: use your email in the "current password" box when setting a new password.
