How do I set up online bill pay?
Set up online bill pay by registering an online account at pay.rittercommunications.com.
- Visit rittercommunications.com and navigate to "Pay My Bill."
- Or visit pay.rittercommunications.com.

Log in using your email as both the username and password. A confirmation email will be sent. If the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders.
- Please use the email associated with your account.
- Open the email from billing@rittercommunications.com.
- Click on the link to verify your email. This will take you back to our e-bill login page.
- Then, click "Redirect to Login."
- Log in, again, using your email as both the username and password.
- Choose and answer a security question.
- Navigate to Settings, in the menu, and set up a new password.
- Note: use your email in the "current password" box when setting a new password.
