Why wasn’t I notified?

We notify our customers about three days prior to the service upgrades and the notification you receive is based on your contact information that is in our system.

  • In-browser notifications will send to our internet customers.
  • Emailed notifications will send to all the customers we have email addresses on file that are impacted
  • Automated messages will send to the phone numbers we have on file for those impacted.
