Will I receive credit for the time that my services were down?

No. This $12 million network investment to bring advanced technology typically found only in major metropolitan areas does not include providing bill credits to customers who may notice short and temporary service impacting outages as a result of the required maintenance.

We will, however, schedule down times during low usage periods to avoid outages during your most active hours. 

We will notify you of any planned outages - keep an eye out from Ritter Communications in your email, postcards in your mail and on your internet browsers for important notices regarding these scheduled periods.
